Job Description

Role: Appian Architect/Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC  - Onsite

Long Term Contract – W2/C2C

 

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years as an Appian Architect or lead Appian Developer.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Appian applications.
• Deep expertise in Appian platform components, including Process Models, SAIL, Records, Sites, and Expressions.
• Strong knowledge of Appian's Data Fabric and the ability to design efficient data models.
• To be well aware of the latest features being introduced on the Appian platform and their implementation and integration with existing features.
• Extensive experience with Appian integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and developing custom plugins.
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL) and an understanding of performance tuning.
• Appian Certified Senior or Lead Developer certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
