Job Description

We are seeking a Java Lead Developer with expertise in React.JS and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep technical knowledge in backend and frontend technologies, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and delivering Java-based microservices integrated with React.JS frontends.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Azure Cloud services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide timely resolutions.
  • Drive DevOps adoption with Azure DevOps Pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of professional development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design.
  • 5+ years of experience with React.JS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong experience with Azure Services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Azure SQL).
  • Expertise in Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript and UI component libraries.
  • Knowledge of Azure Security best practices.
  • Exposure to other cloud providers (AWS, GCP).
  • Prior experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
