Role: Workday Recruitment Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Recruitment Technical Consultant to join our Workday implementation and support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Workday Recruitment and Talent Acquisition modules, with the ability to configure, integrate, and optimize Workday to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workday Recruitment and Talent Acquisition modules.
  • Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting, Job Requisitions, Job Applications, Candidate Business Process flows, Interview Scheduling, Offer Letters, and Onboarding.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and EIB integrations as required for recruitment processes.
  • Support data migration, data validation, and testing activities during implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Recruiting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Workday releases, regression testing, and system updates.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation for end-users and HR teams.
  • Stay current on Workday updates, new features, and best practices within the Recruiting module.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant with at least 2 years focused on Workday Recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Custom Reports.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting processes (job requisitions, candidate management, hiring, onboarding).
  • Experience with calculated fields, condition rules, and business process configurations.

Preferred:

  • Workday Recruiting Pro and/or Workday Certification in Recruiting.
  • Exposure to Workday Talent, Onboarding, and HCM Core.
  • Experience in agile project environments.
  • Knowledge of integration with external ATS systems, background check providers, or job boards.
