Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText, with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, invoice automation workflows, and SAP FI/MM modules. The consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting VIM solutions that streamline invoice processing and improve financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP VIM solutions to automate and optimize vendor invoice processing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional configurations.
• Integrate SAP VIM with SAP FI/MM modules and other third-party systems.
• Design and configure workflows for invoice approvals, exception handling, and escalation.
• Support data capture tools (e.g., OpenText ICC / OCR), including setup and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business users, finance, procurement, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end VIM solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice processing, workflow, and system errors.
• Prepare project documentation including functional specs, configuration documents, and training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements as needed.
