We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong healthcare background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CMS Star Ratings and Measures, along with proven skills in data querying, documentation, and agile project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have strong health care background. working experience on CMS stars measures, ratings .
• Should be through with data querying, mapping documents prep and other relevant documentation.
• Should have experience in coordinating with development teams and core Business teams.
• Should have working experience in grooming stories in agile scrum boards
• Analyze healthcare data focusing on CMS Star measures and ratings to support business decisions and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain data mapping documents, business requirement documents (BRDs), and other relevant project documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with development teams and core business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate grooming and prioritization of user stories on Agile Scrum boards, ensuring readiness for development sprints.
• Conduct detailed data querying and analysis to support project requirements and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and serve as a liaison between technical and business teams.
