We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze data, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business strategies
• Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and UAT
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
