Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer with Strong Terraform experience
Location: Chicago, IL (5 Days/week - Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (6–12 Months, Extendable)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Terraform and Azure cloud infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and supporting scalable, secure, and reliable Azure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure DevOps best practices
Automate cloud deployments, configurations, and scaling strategies
Manage Azure services including App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, etc.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and related tools
Implement security controls, compliance policies, and cost optimization strategies in Azure environments
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues

Must-Have Skills:
Must have 10-13+ Years of overall IT Experience.
8-10+ years of experience in DevOps with a focus on Azure cloud
Hands-on expertise with Terraform for IaC and Azure resource provisioning
Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards)
Solid scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or YAML)
Experience with AKS, ARM templates, Azure CLI
Understanding of Git branching strategies and version control
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes

Nice to Have:
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104)
Experience with Ansible, Helm, or other automation/configuration tools
Knowledge of networking and security in Azure
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
