Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the OTC processes within the SAP S/4HANA or ECC environment. The role requires strong business process knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and excellent communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support SAP OTC (SD) implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP SD/OTC modules (Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, etc.).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, WM, etc.) to ensure end-to-end integration.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day support issues and service requests.
- Participate in system testing, including test case development, execution, and documentation.
- Create and maintain functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows (RICEFW).
- Provide training and documentation to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
