Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AHCS Functional Consultant with proven expertise in Oracle’s Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS). The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, configuring AHCS solutions, integrating with ERP systems, and collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver seamless cloud-based accounting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional designs and solutions within AHCS.
- Provide functional support covering configuration issues, testing, and file processing.
- Ensure smooth integration between AHCS and various ERP systems, aligning with business process flows.
- Analyze complex challenges and design strategic solutions for accounting processes.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions using tools like Confluence.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like JIRA and ServiceNow to track issues and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights into functional enhancements.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to drive best practices and collaboration.
- Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations to improve processes.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
At least one full implementation or functional support experience in AHCS Strong expertise in configuration, testing, and file processing in AHCS Experience integrating AHCS with ERP systems and cloud solutions Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) Experience in documenting solutions and functional processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to deployment tools like Flexdeploy Advanced data analysis capabilities Strong independent working skills with minimal supervision Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies as per project requirements Leadership and mentoring capabilities to empower teams Understanding of cloud-native systems and financial integration workflows
