Role:  Oracle fusion Consultant

Location - Southfield, MI - 100% Onsite

Long Term Contract – W2 / C2C

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules, particularly within the automotive domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive ERP implementation experience, including successful global rollouts, and a proven ability to drive business process improvements through Oracle Fusion Applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains, with a focus on automotive industry requirements.
• Conduct As-Is / To-Be process mapping and perform gap analysis to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system configurations align with business needs.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional expertise to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure successful ERP rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and global ERP standards in large-scale implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules within Oracle Fusion.
• Hands-on experience in automotive or manufacturing domain projects.
• Proven track record in global ERP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
