Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Build and integrate APIs with external systems using REST/SOAP.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and implement best practices for security and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support and training when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and data model.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
