About the Department: Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) provides shared technology services supporting business applications and end users across the firm. ETS oversees the full software development lifecycle—from coding and testing to release management, monitoring, and production support for 3,000+ applications. ETS also delivers workplace technologies (desktop, mobile, voice, video, productivity, intranet/internet) on a secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure spanning datacenter, network, cloud, compute, storage, and database services.
Position Details: s a Mainframe MQ Systems Programmer, you will be responsible for end-to-end MQ engineering and operations in a large-scale 24x7 Sysplex environment. This includes supporting multi-queue managers, high-volume applications, and batch/CICS integration. You will also collaborate with distributed MQ engineering and operations teams while ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the MQ environment.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. On-call support and occasional maintenance outside regular hours will be required.
