Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Redpoint Global's customer engagement and data platform. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI/ML models that enhance customer intelligence, personalization, and automation within marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Redpoint Global tools (e.g., Redpoint Interaction, Data Management).
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer journeys, personalization, and campaign orchestration.
• Collaborate with data engineers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to leverage data for smarter decision-making.
• Optimize data pipelines and scoring models for real-time and batch execution.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience with Redpoint Global platform (RPI, RPDM)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and predictive analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
