Role: Product Manager / Product Owner (with UiPath Exposure)

Location: Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite)
Long Term Contract – W2 / C2C

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner with exposure to UiPath to join a high-performing, agile team focused on the BEP (Back-End Productivity) portfolio. This role will help shape the user experience for crews and contractors by aligning business needs with automation opportunities, user requirements, and strategic goals. You will play a key part in driving the success of products that connect business, data, design, and RPA technologies like UiPath.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders, business partners, and end users to uncover and understand their pain points and automation opportunities.
• UiPath Integration: Partner with automation teams to define and prioritize UiPath use cases that align with business goals and drive efficiency.
• Experimentation & Validation: Design and lead experiments or prototypes to validate assumptions and refine product features.
• Value-Driven Roadmapping: Define and prioritize features based on value analysis, automation ROI, and user impact.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze user feedback post-launch to iterate and enhance the product experience.

Core Competencies:

• Product Management: Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• UiPath Exposure: Familiarity with UiPath RPA platform, process automation concepts, and their integration into business products.
• Communication: Clear and effective storytelling to align product vision and execution with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• User-Centric Thinking: Ability to identify critical user needs and design solutions that optimize user engagement and business efficiency.
• Multitasking: Skilled at handling multiple product streams and balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in RPA-driven product design or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams delivering high-impact solutions.
• Understanding of contractor or crew-based systems/platforms is a plus.
