Job Description:

Seeking a QA Lead with strong expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) to drive quality assurance activities for warehouse and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will lead test planning, execution, and automation strategies across WMS implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Manhattan Active WMS implementations and upgrades.
• Define test strategies, test plans, and oversee manual and automated test execution.
• Collaborate with business, development, and support teams to ensure functional and performance testing coverage.
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and test reporting.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and provide go-live support.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Manhattan Active WMS testing.
• Hands-on experience with integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to automation tools and frameworks.
• Supply chain, logistics, or retail domain experience.
