Job Title: Workday Technical Consultant
Location: 100% Remote (Dublin, OH)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Workday integrations, Studio, EIBs, and benefits-related connectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical setup, vendor communication, and hands-on integration development, with a strong focus on Workday Benefits.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio for integration development
- Strong knowledge of Calculated Fields, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), APIs, and file encryption
- Proven expertise in setting up connectivity, security keys, and managing secure file transfers
- Solid experience in Workday Core Connectors, especially related to Benefits integrations
- Comfortable owning the entire integration lifecycle – build, unit testing, deployment, and vendor coordination
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, integration patterns, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and third-party vendors
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather integration requirements
- Configure secure protocols, encryption standards, and API access for third-party systems
- Create and manage calculated fields to support custom business logic
- Troubleshoot integration errors and support issue resolution with vendors
- Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and optimal integration performance
- Prepare detailed documentation for integration design, setup, and troubleshooting procedures
- Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and Workday releases related to integrations
