Contract 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced TOSCA Lead with strong expertise in SAP test automation to lead end-to-end automation efforts for SAP implementations and upgrades. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Tricentis TOSCA, with a strong focus on SAP modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of TOSCA test automation in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori).
• Define automation test strategy and frameworks for large-scale SAP programs.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to identify test cases suitable for automation.
• Build, maintain, and execute TOSCA test cases, modules, and test data for SAP business processes.
• Manage TOSCA workspace, project configuration, and reporting using TOSCA Commander and DEX/Analytics.
• Support CI/CD integration with SAP landscapes using TOSCA integration tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Mentor and lead a team of automation testers; provide training and best practices for TOSCA.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and QA leads to ensure quality assurance objectives are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of total experience in QA/testing, with at least 3+ years of hands-on TOSCA automation.
• Proven experience in automating SAP applications using TOSCA (SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, WebDynpro, etc.).
• Expertise in test planning, strategy, scripting, and execution in SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, PP, HR) and processes.
• Experience with TOSCA integrations (Test Data Service, TDM, CI/CD, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
