Job Title: System Analyst
Job Summary:
Elicit, document, and validate system and functional requirements from business stakeholders across healthcare operations such as claims, enrolment, billing, provider management, and utilization review, Design and maintain process flows, data mappings, and system interface specifications. Conduct GAP Analysis and impact assessments for systems enhancements, migrations, and compliance changes. Perform source to target data mapping and support integration of backend data sources into enterprise systems. Partner with development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications Create and execute test plans for functional, integration and regression testing Support UAT, defect triaging, and deployment readiness for large scale releases Leverage SQL.
