Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based enterprise applications. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and business analysts to create architectural blueprints, guide development, and ensure alignment with business goals and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, design, and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
