Job Title: Manhattan Warehouse Application Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring the Manhattan WMS application, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless integration with upstream/downstream systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Key Skills:

• Manhattan WMS (Active, SCI, or SCALE)
• Business process analysis and documentation
• Functional configuration and testing
• Warehouse operations knowledge
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Experience: 5+ years in WMS/SCM domain, with specific experience in Manhattan applications.
