Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom OSS Inventory and Network Resource Management Specialist to manage and optimize network resources using Amdocs ARN/ANN and Ericsson Granite systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecom inventory systems, be highly analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain telecom OSS inventory systems to ensure seamless network operations.
• Utilize Amdocs ARN/ANN and/or Ericsson Granite for efficient network resource management and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall performance and utilization of network resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OSS inventory and network resource management to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in inventory systems for accurate reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with Amdocs ARN/ANN and/or Ericsson Granite.
• Strong working knowledge of Telecom OSS Inventory and Network Resource Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with network planning and optimization tools.
• Understanding of telecom infrastructure and architecture.
