We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) Consultant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and be capable of driving end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support.
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) module.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions aligned with HR processes and best practices.
Manage data migration, interface integration, and system testing activities.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Work closely with other SuccessFactors module consultants (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment.
Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant enhancements or upgrades.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and data models.
Hands-on experience with workflows, business rules, MDF objects, and integrations (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI).
Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
Hybrid or remote work environment depending on project/client requirements.
Collaboration with global HR, IT, and consulting teams.
