Job Title: SAP PowerPlan Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PowerPlan Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PowerPlan modules, including Capital Projects (CR), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO), and Depreciation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline asset lifecycle management, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation & Configuration:
• Lead the deployment and configuration of SAP PowerPlan modules to align with business requirements.
• Customize system settings to support capital project creation, estimating, approval processes, and charge classification.
• Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze end-to-end business processes across PowerPlan modules to identify areas for improvement.
• Propose IT solutions to complex business problems using ERP capabilities, working across multiple business units.
• Integration & Automation:
• Design and implement integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Utilize tools like Flow Designer and Process Automation to automate workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards such as GAAP and FERC, particularly concerning asset depreciation and retirement.
• Develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models to quantify ROI for asset lifecycle automation.
• Training & Support:
• Provide training to end-users on SAP PowerPlan functionalities and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
