Job title: LabVantage LIMS Administrator// LIMS Business Analyst (Only Local Candidate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced LabVantage Administrator to support, configure, and manage the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for our client in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the LabVantage LIMS platform to support laboratory operations, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.

·         Overall IT Experience: 10+ Years

·         5+ years of experience as a LabVantage Administrator or similar role in managing LIMS platforms.

·         Strong understanding of LabVantage configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

·         Proficient in database management (e.g., SQL) and scripting for LIMS workflows.

·         Familiarity with laboratory workflows and operations in a regulated environment.

·         Experience with data migration, system validation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

·         Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
