Job Title: IT Help Desk Analyst
Job Summary:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS (Windows/MacOS/Linux), and software issues.
Configure, maintain, and support desktop systems and peripherals.
Integrate and troubleshoot APIs and web services for seamless application performance.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Maintain documentation and report recurring issues for further resolution.
Qualifications:
