Job Title: Kinaxis RapidResponse Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Kinaxis RapidResponse Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for our Kinaxis platform. You will handle user issues, system configurations, and ensure smooth integration with other systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Kinaxis RapidResponse users and resolve technical issues
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions
  • Monitor data loads and system performance
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and testing
  • Work with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and improve system functionality

 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse ( 6+ years preferred)
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
