We are looking for a skilled Kayako Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, integrating, and extending the functionality of the Kayako helpdesk platform to meet business requirements. You should have a solid background in backend and frontend development, experience with API integrations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and extend Kayako’s helpdesk functionalities.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
• Build and enhance front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate Kayako with third-party tools and systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the helpdesk platform.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues.
• Create technical documentation for custom modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including support, product, and design.
