Job Description

Job Title: Cyara Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cyara Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test scripts using the Cyara platform to ensure high-quality voice and digital customer engagement experiences. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to validate telephony systems, IVRs, chatbots, and end-to-end contact center workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using the Cyara platform.
• Execute and manage functional, regression, and performance tests for IVR and voice systems.
• Analyze test results and create detailed bug reports using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test requirements and expected customer experience outcomes.
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and work with engineering teams to resolve defects.
• Integrate Cyara tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation of CX systems.
• Monitor test runs and provide daily/weekly status reports to QA leads and project managers.
• Maintain and update test documentation, test plans, and test cases.
