Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced LabVantage Business Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between laboratory stakeholders, IT teams, and system developers in the implementation and enhancement of the LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both laboratory operations and LIMS platforms, particularly LabVantage, and will play a critical role in ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to LabVantage LIMS functionality.
• Work closely with laboratory personnel, QA, and IT teams to understand workflow needs and align system capabilities accordingly.
• Translate user requirements into detailed system specifications and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with LabVantage developers and architects to ensure functional requirements are met and system changes are tested and deployed successfully.
• Lead user training sessions, create SOPs and user guides, and support change management efforts.
• Assist with issue tracking, system testing, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
