Job Title: SharePoint Developer / Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Developer/Administrator to manage, develop, and maintain our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring SharePoint Online/2019, creating custom solutions, automating workflows, and ensuring optimal platform performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions (sites, libraries, lists, web parts, etc.).
• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016 environments.
• Manage site collections, permissions, and user access levels.
• Develop workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer.
• Implement and enforce SharePoint governance, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide user support and training on SharePoint features and best practices.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• Perform data migrations and upgrades as needed.
• Create technical documentation for architecture, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer and/or Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019/2016.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD is a plus.
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and migration utilities (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
