Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant / Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP GTS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP GTS modules, regulatory compliance, and global trade processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure streamlined global trade operations and customs compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP GTS solutions.
• Support global trade compliance processes, including embargo checks, legal control, preference processing, and import/export customs clearance.
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and trade agreements.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP GTS users.
• Lead or support GTS-related projects, including new implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, legal, and tax teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GTS modules: Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA integration.
• Strong understanding of international trade compliance, import/export regulations, and customs processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP GTS certification.
• Experience with global trade regulatory systems and government integration (e.g., ATLAS, AES, or similar).
• Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and Preference Determination.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
