Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, and will be responsible for managing complex programs from planning through execution. This role requires a collaborative team player who can foster strong partnerships, communicate effectively, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple programs using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align teams on shared goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize JIRA to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency in workflows.
• Promote Agile best practices across the organization to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a positive, solution-oriented environment—being a good sport and team player is a must.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA for Agile project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a sense of humor and resilience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
