Job Title: SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and governance of SAP security and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and SAP GRC Access Control (AC) modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.)
• Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
• Perform SoD (Segregation of Duties) risk analysis and remediation
• Participate in SAP user provisioning, role design, and access reviews
• Conduct periodic user access audits and prepare compliance reports
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams on compliance requirements
• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather security requirements and deliver secure solutions
• Provide end-user training and support on SAP security and GRC processes
