Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learning Lead (Utility Domain) – [Techno-Functional]

Job Summary:

Note:

·         Candidate will have to go 1-2 weeks/month onsite for initial 3-4 months only. (Client will pay the travel expenses.)

·         Must have experience in Utility Domain: Electric Power (Electricity) / Water Utilities / Natural Gas / Waste Management – Any

Role Overview: MUST have Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle Cloud Learning experience; minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations

You will lead two modules:

·         Talent Management, which includes:

o   Performance Management

o   Goal Setting

o   Career Development

o   Succession Planning

o   Talent Review

·         Learning Management, which covers how employees are trained and developed.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Talent Management and Learning Module Lead, you will be responsible for leading Talent Mgmt. (Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, Talent Review) and Learning Track. Design, build, and configure application, acting as the primary point of contact for module.
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Provide best practice and transformation opportunities to the client team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application during design and build.
• Provide expert guidance on solution architecture best practices.
• Implement responsive and adaptive design principles for optimal user experience.
• Support creation and maintenance of HCM project plans and report status to project management.
• Coordinate with client for review and approval activities.
• Coordinate all module testing activities and assist in planning for transition to production.
