Job Title: Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead/SME (Utility Domain) – [Techno-Functional]

·         Candidate will have to go 1-2 weeks/month onsite for initial 3-4 months only. (Client will pay the travel expenses.)

·         Must have experience in Utility Domain: Electric Power (Electricity) / Water Utilities / Natural Gas / Waste Management – Any

Position Summary: This is a lead role for someone who is already very experienced in Oracle Cloud Payroll, particularly with hands-on implementation experience. You’ll be the go-to person for all things payroll on the project, leading from design through testing and go-live, while working closely with both internal and client teams.

Role Overview:

·         Oracle Cloud Payroll experience is a must-have.

·         Candidate should have completed at least 2 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations (from project start to go-live).

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Payroll Module Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Payroll track.
• Design, build, and configure application, acting as the primary point of contact for module.
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Provide best practice and transformation opportunities to client team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application during design and build.
• Provide expert guidance on solution architecture best practices. Implement responsive and adaptive design principles for optimal user experience.
• Support creation and maintenance of HCM project plans and report status to project management.
• Coordinate with client for review and approval activities.
• Coordinate all module testing activities and assist in planning for transition to production.
