Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading projects to implement solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, project management best practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop project plans and timelines to implement process improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of process improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or project management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- PMP certification is a plus
