Job title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead
Job Summary:
As an Oracle HCM Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical teams and implementing Oracle Human Capital Management solutions to meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead technical teams in implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
2. Develop and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet business requirements.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
4. Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
6. Perform system configurations and integrations with other systems.
7. Ensure the security and performance of Oracle HCM applications.
8. Keep abreast of Oracle HCM technology updates and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation.
3. Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and OTBI.
4. Experience in Oracle Cloud integration tools such as OIC and SOA Suite.
5. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
6. Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
