Job Title: SAP QM Consultant
Job Summary:
As an SAP QM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining the Quality Management module within SAP ERP systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their quality management processes and requirements, and translate them into SAP QM solutions that improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Gather and analyze business requirements related to quality management processes.
2. Design, configure, and customize the SAP QM module to meet business needs.
3. Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the successful implementation of SAP QM solutions.
4. Provide training and support to end users on how to use the SAP QM module effectively.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP QM functionality.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP QM with other modules and systems.
7. Stay current on SAP QM best practices and new features to continuously improve the quality management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working as an SAP QM Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and processes.
- Proficiency in SAP QM configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
