Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hyland Onbase Developer to join our team and help in the development and customization of our Onbase platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Onbase solutions to meet the needs of our organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and develop new Onbase solutions to enhance business processes
- Customize existing Onbase systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Onbase implementations
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Onbase systems

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Hyland Onbase
- Proficiency in Onbase modules such as Workflow, Document Composition, and Web Server
- Strong understanding of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) principles
- Experience with customizing Onbase configurations using C# and SQL
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
