Job title: Oracle OTM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) software and possess the skills necessary to implement and customize OTM solutions for our clients. This role will involve working closely with clients to analyze their transportation management needs and provide customized solutions to optimize their supply chain operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design customized solutions using Oracle OTM software
- Implement and configure Oracle OTM modules to meet client needs
- Provide training and support to end users on how to use Oracle OTM effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during implementation or post-implementation support
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle OTM features and functionalities and provide recommendations for enhancements to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle OTM solutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle OTM software
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze client requirements and design customized solutions using Oracle OTM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Oracle OTM certification is a plus
