Define and strategize Test Automation using industry-leading tools (Tricentis suite of products) and framework to support a multi-layered automation for UI, API, Mobile, Performance and ETL automation and CI/CD.  Implement dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure and standardized test data management practices

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Architect/Lead to define, design, and implement enterprise-wide test automation strategies using industry-leading tools, primarily the Tricentis suite of products. The role will focus on building a scalable, multi-layered automation framework covering UI, API, Mobile, Performance, and ETL testing, while seamlessly integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and strategize end-to-end test automation architecture using the Tricentis toolset (Tosca, NeoLoad, qTest, etc.).
• Design and implement multi-layered automation frameworks supporting UI, API, Mobile, Performance, and ETL testing.
• Establish and maintain automation best practices, standards, and governance across teams.
• Implement dedicated and distributed (cloud-based) test infrastructure to support scalable automation execution.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster releases.
• Develop and manage standardized test data management strategies to ensure reliable and reusable test execution.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure automation aligns with business and technical goals.
