Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our employees in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software

- Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other peripherals

- Ensure all technology equipment is maintained and updated

- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements

- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role

- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plus
