Job Title: Labvantage Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Labvantage Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. The Labvantage Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and guidance to users of the Labvantage LIMS software.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide technical support to users of Labvantage LIMS software.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality and configuration.

3. Assist with software updates, upgrades, and patches.

4. Develop and deliver training materials for users.

5. Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve technical issues.

6. Document support processes and procedures.

7. Participate in testing and validation of software updates.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to laboratory information management systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in software support or a related field.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Experience with Labvantage LIMS software is preferred.

6. Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, and database management.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Certification in Labvantage LIMS is a plus.
