Job title: IT Support Technician

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, as well as provide training and support to end-users. The IT Support Technician will work closely with the IT department to ensure our technology systems are running efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person

- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues

- Install and configure software and hardware

- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions

- Train end-users on new technology systems

- Assist with IT projects and upgrades

- Document and track technical issues and resolutions

- Collaborate with the IT team to improve technology systems and processes

Qualifications and Skills:

- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT support

- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills
