Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - Application Development with strong expertise in Java and Python to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership while driving engineering best practices, application performance, security, cloud integration, and CI/CD adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Develop solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to build efficient and scalable data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and solution quality.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
• Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Promote CI/CD adoption and modern software delivery practices.
• Support cloud integration and production application environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective production support.
