Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Findur Developer with 8+ years of overall IT experience and 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Findur/OpenLink. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Eclipse IDE, and SQL and will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting trading, treasury, and risk management solutions within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support applications within the Findur/OpenLink platform
Design, develop, and maintain components using Java and Eclipse IDE
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
Support trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, valuation, settlements, and reporting
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Build and maintain integrations between Findur and external applications and downstream systems
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and platform enhancements
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and support teams in Agile environments

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of overall IT experience
1–2 years of hands-on Findur/OpenLink development experience
Strong programming experience in Java
Proficiency with Eclipse IDE
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience with Oracle or SQL Server
Understanding of trading, treasury, or risk management systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial services applications and trade lifecycle processes
Experience developing Findur integrations with external systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Passion for continuous learning and solving complex business challenges
