Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ architecture, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, and customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SailPoint Identity Governance solutions
• Gather business requirements and design customized SailPoint IIQ solutions
• Integrate target systems including Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud applications
• Configure provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for joiner-mover-leaver processes
• Configure access certification campaigns, entitlement reviews, and role-mining activities
• Develop custom SailPoint rules, forms, and BeanShell/Java scripts
• Troubleshoot system issues and optimize SailPoint IIQ performance
• Support security audits and prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout implementation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and LCM configuration
• Proficiency in Java and BeanShell
• Experience with REST/JSON/SOAP web service integrations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server databases
• Knowledge of LDAP queries and directory services
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, and AWS IAM
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect certification is highly preferred
