Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with 7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, access controls, and identity cleanup initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and govern Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments
• Manage identity lifecycle, entitlement governance, and access controls
• Define and maintain security groups and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Conduct identity and entitlement cleanup, rationalization, and remediation activities
• Support governance of human and non-human identities
• Define ownership, approval, and access review processes
• Support access certification, audit, and compliance initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document IAM processes and requirements
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams
• Support large-scale identity governance transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administration and governance
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and entitlement governance
• Strong understanding of RBAC, security groups, and identity governance principles
• Experience with identity and entitlement cleanup and remediation
• Knowledge of human and non-human identity governance
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale identity governance transformation programs
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 identity and access management
• Experience supporting audits, compliance, and access certification programs
• Familiarity with enterprise security governance frameworks
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments
