Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Technical Lead (MERN) with strong expertise in Azure, Node.js, React, AKS, microservices, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, development, and end-to-end technical delivery while working directly with customers and development teams
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications
- Design solutions using Microsoft Azure, Node.js, React, and AKS
- Implement Event-Driven Architecture and microservices solutions
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and optimize application performance
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
- Implement unit testing using Jest
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
- Lead architecture discussions and technical strategy with customers and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery, timelines, quality, and scalability
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to development teams
Required Skills
- Strong Microsoft Azure and AKS experience
- Strong Event-Driven Architecture knowledge
- Advanced Node.js development experience
- Strong React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD experience
- Jest unit testing experience
