Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time QE with Contact Center Tools & Technology professional with strong experience in Contact Center platforms, IVR/routing automation, UI/API automation, and Java development. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, testing, and ongoing production support

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute IVR and routing automation using Cyara, Hammer, or similar tools
• Perform automation testing across UI and APIs using Selenium, Postman, Karate, or similar tools
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java
• Test Contact Center platforms, workflows, IVR, routing, and agent desktop applications
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases and enhancements
• Support ongoing application testing and production activities
• Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams
• Maintain test automation scripts and improve testing efficiency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and structured scaled Agile delivery

Required Skills

• Strong Contact Center platform testing experience
• Expertise in IVR and routing automation
• Hands-on Cyara, Hammer, or similar Contact Center testing tools
• Experience with Selenium and API testing tools such as Postman or Karate
• Strong Java Core development skills
• Experience with Agent Desktop automation
• Hands-on Git/Bitbucket experience
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, IntelliJ, or Eclipse
• Strong knowledge of Agile and scaled Agile environments
• Excellent technical leadership and troubleshooting skills
